1. Start the Application: Registration Page
This is the first screen of the form. You enter your basic contact and travel details. These details create your temporary order and allow the system to communicate with you throughout the process.
Once you submit this page, the system generates your temporary order ID and opens the main application form.
All later stages use the details you provide here.
2. Complete the Main Application Form
After registration, you enter your travel and passport information. The structure remains the same for all nationalities.
Find out which group your nationality falls under on the Bahrain eVisa Policy page.
Nationality-Based Field Behaviour
The only visible change at this stage depends on your nationality:
Group A applicants:
The form loads directly without extra questions.
Group B and C applicants:
You will see one additional question: “Do you have a current valid Residence Permit or Visit Visa for a GCC country?”
Your Yes/No answer does not affect this page. It only affects which documents appear later during the upload stage.
No other requirement differences appear on this screen.
3. Add Travellers and Choose Processing Speed
The eVisa application form allows you to:
1. Add Applicant
You may include multiple travellers (up to 10 applicants) in one application. All updates are sent to the primary applicant’s email and phone. Each traveller receives a separate eVisa.
2. Processing Speed
You select your preferred timeframe (Normal, Rush, Super Rush).
Your choice determines the processing priority.
3. Save or Continue
You may continue to the review screen or save your progress and resume later using your temporary order ID on the Complete Ongoing Bahrain Application page.
4. Review Your Details
Before documents are requested, the system shows a complete summary of your entries.
You must check all fields carefully and confirm their accuracy.
If you notice an error, you can edit the details here.
After confirming, you move to the document upload stage.
5. Upload Required Documents
Document requirements vary by nationality and by your GCC Yes/No selection.
The form automatically displays the documents you must upload.
How the Form adapts:
- Group A nationalities:
Only the core documents appear. - Group B nationalities:
The required documents change based on GCC Yes/No. - Group C nationalities:
The required documents may include additional proof, depending on GCC Yes/No and visa eligibility rules.
Detailed explanations of these requirements are provided on the Bahrain eVisa Document Requirements page.
To maintain clarity, the visual below shows the full set of documents that the application form may request. Your own list may be shorter, depending on your nationality and your GCC Residence Permit/Visit Visa selection.
You upload each file, verify that all documents meet the specifications, and proceed.
6. Proceed to Pay the Application Fee
Once all documents are uploaded, the payment page opens. Your temporary order ID appears at the top.
This stage provides:
- Total amount
- Breakdown of Government Fee, Service Fee, and selected processing speed
- Arrival date
- Applicant name
- Payment options (debit/credit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency)
Your application is processed only after successful payment.
7. Application Submitted
After payment, your eVisa request enters processing.
Updates will be sent to the primary applicant’s email and phone.
You may follow your status using the Bahrain eVisa Status page.
